We specialise in sourcing and selling beautiful, rare and iconic retro, vintage and contemporary furniture, lighting, objects and art. Our focus is mainly, though not exclusively, on mid to late 20th Century Modernist and Postmodern Design.
We’re proud to be part of the Circular Economy, passionate about design and believe strongly in the aesthetic value of buying unique, important or seminal pieces, that enhance your space whilst reinforcing your individuality.
Place Called Space is run as a side-business by partners, Nicky and Joachim, both designers, who operate from their home in Islington, London. We also sell on most of the leading Global online marketplaces, including 1stDibs, Vinterior, Selency, Design Market and eBay.
