For sale a stunningly elegant ‘model FD 503’ Teak Coffee Table by Tove & Edvard Kindt-Larsen for France & Søn of Denmark in 1958.
This design classic, with it’s distinctive, sculpted lip-edged ends and stunning grain, is a perfect example of the quality of form & craftsmanship of Danish furniture of that period. The table is in good overall condition and looks fantastic. There are however some dents to the top, the worst of which I have photographed and none of which detracts from the beauty of this piece. The table also has it’s France & Son maker’s badge to the underside.
