Bruno Gecchelin “Tegola” Floor Lamp for Skipper & Pollux, Italy 1970s

For sale this fabulous Italian modernist/Postmodern “Tegola” adjustable standard lamp designed by Bruno Gecchelin for Skipper & Pollux in the 1970s.

The lamp has a gorgeous heavy white marble base, a pivoting chrome stem and a folded metal shade, that can also be pivoted on the stem. In working order and in very good vintage condition, with the only issue of note being that the shade’s tightening mechanism doesn’t work, though it can still be adjusted to different positions.
